The website works just like every other online shop, the only difference is you pay after you have received the goods. This is because we may not have all the items you wanted so we only charge you for what is delivered.
Like all the big supermarkets we also offer substitutions, offering the next best thing if we do not have what you asked for. If you do not want these, just select no substitutions on the checkout.

We are Bonners Oxford, we are an independent family business, based in the historical Covered Market Oxford since 1952. The online shop and our home deliveries are continuing on from its beginnings during the COVID-19 breakout. For more information on usvisit our About Us section.
Q: Is the website safe?
Yes! We are an Ltd UK company and the website uses SSL encryption – see the padlock on the browser. Also, you do not make any payments via the website – you do that after via bank transfer or over the phone.
Q: How do I pay?
Payment is made via bank transfer, all the information will be in your invoice. Please make sure you include your order number as the reference when paying.
Q: What if I do not have online banking?

Q: Do you deliver outside Oxfordshire?
We deliver to addresses with an OX postcode, our appologies if you are outside of this radius.
Q: Are you deliveries contactless?
Yes all deliveries are contactless

Q: Is the stall open?
YES! The market stall reopened on monday the 15th of June along with the rest of the Covered Market.
Q: Where is my delivery?
We are currently working on next day delivery and so if you place your order before 12pm, you will receive your order the next day. If you have still not received your order after 48 hours please get in touch and we will look into it.
Q: Why are some items sold by weight and some by item?
Items are listed on the website in the way that we order them.
